Well, I guess you are all wondering why I have not written for a while. I'll tell you all why.
Studying HND accounts open learning, but there is only 3 subjects available. One is company law. I don't mind, I think it's interesting. So done an assessment last week, and the comments I got back was, ?You understand company law perfectly well, but you are not using the correct jargon?. The email I received from tutor was longer written, but I haven't got enough time to copy word for word.
Jargon, Jargon, I can hardly speak our own jargon, never mind law jargon. I will give you all an example;
Provision requiring regular..... Dissolution agreement An arbitration agreement Capital contribution
Can you tell the difference from a business and a company? Well I can. The term company is restricted only to businesses who have formally registered with the companies House??????????. I really will need to catch up on my washing, and kitchen is in a mess too???????????????????. Is there a difference between the company and the owners, answer is yes! Generally, all companies is regarded in law ???????????? .. I will really need to starting painting my bedroom, wonder if dogs need taken out???????. Oh, yes, right where was I How about the ?veil of corporation?, or maybe 'lifting the veil of corporation? ???????????????????.
Now when in life am I ever in normal life going to use the words Arbitration, dissolution, formally, contribution, or in or out of corporation, pick.
So, as you can see I am well behind, in my diary.
