Right we are getting near to recently.
I done a show in a hotel, been there a few times, liked the guy who owned it. There was two I ahd to do, but the last ones, one was a bit mouthy. But when I realised why this was so, it was upsetting.
His mate spoke to john and paid for the room.
I noticed his mate helping him down the stairs, the guy had no legs at all. Most of this crown was bad from Iraq war, and this guy has his legs blown off.
Now to go through that, I think need to be saluted, in my world, the guy has more right than anyone to be shouty and mouthy.
He was very pleasant to me.
I done most of the work at the end with him, his mates had to help him donw on the floor, and after help him back up.
Now, think about the whole change of life that would be to him. I admire, and give him more right anyone. To be honest, I don’t know who she was in second world war, but a woman who believes conflict can be solved without war.
But hey! It’s men in charge, what do you expect.
So after the show, I cleaned up and said good-bye to John. But at the pub the locals was fighting with them, and this small girl was trying to sort it.
They separated, but when I went out to car, the locals was shouting abuse.
In my eyes, for these men to be fighting for us, have more respect.
I also heard one local saying,
“Let’s go and follow them”.
I rushed in asked John to call the Police, as I told what was said.
As going out the door, these 2 fat ladies said this,
“The guy limping was mouthy”.
I said,
“Probably, but to go to war in Iraq, have his legs blown, deserves a lot more respect and understanding from others”.
I walked out.
One guy was harassing for my numbers, but I could not give as I was worrying about the guy and his friend with no legs.
I could not and would not drive off and not help, I could not turn a blind, I will stand up for what I believe and say what I believe.
So, I quickly drove out, stopped the car, and stood in the middle, one poor local guy was trying to stop, and he got blame, the females were alright. You noticed it was the small 20 odds, fighting and shouting. I said,
“You cowards, have a bit more respect for ones been back from war”,
“If you want to go around fighting, why don’t you go and join the Army”.
Aye, guy would be crying running back to his mother. It so much annoys me when you see brave men like this, and yobs, unemployed, acting tough trying to fight.
They finally sorted it out, and was well and I drove back home.
I have had worse. I remember I done a show in a hotel in Inverness. You can tell looking at the boy who was 21 he was disabled. Lovely boy though.
I undressed him top, and you can see a hole in his chest. The boy has this disease which eats away at your bones. Now I was told, he only got a few years left.
It was so hard for me to hold tears back, I just wanted to give him a cuddle and tell him it’s going to be alright.
He enjoyed the show, bless him. What has really pissed me right off!
Two big fat females complained about it.
You F fat, ignorant piece of ****, I would love to ram you ram right in that pie your eating. It makes me so mad.
There other sad incident, I done a show for army men, just outside Inverness, army barrier or sometimes similar, not sure.
I done the show for them, but looking at them all, in their 20’s maybe 30’s, knowing some might not be alive in a couple of months.
I just cried all the way home.
So you wonder why I get made with these local yobbies, I believe in National service, if you want to go around stabbing and fighting, go and do it where it’s more helpful to our society.
Makes more mad, probably half of these guys are on drugs, and where does the drugs come from eh!
I have also done a show for a guy in a wheelchair, paralysed from think waist down. That gives me more pleasure seeing a smile on his face than any other person in this world.
I hope I made him happy, and I hope he will always remember me. Thanks you to the care worker, gives him a bit fun and happiness. |
