ANOTHER BLUNDER
Whoops! Not another blunder
Stamped on my failure list
Hits you like thunder
Never drank, yet feel pissed
I done this once before
Nothing changes in life
An apple peeled to the core
With a blunt kitchen knife
Did I play a part as a fool?
Once again the same old play
Where the heart has the rule
And the common sense thrown away
Still sitting at the amber
Waiting for the red light to set
How easy it is to remember
But even harder to forget
Love is one big fantasy
Another lie to be told
Starts off warm and cosy
Yet finishes up cold
He was a charlatan
with cards in place
Where asked to kiss my hand
Then smacks you on the face
He Stole the only pistol
But said he had the knife
so when he blew the whistle
I lost another life
